Digital BTE models that are fitted with computer software programming. These models are Bluetooth compatible for iOS Apple and Android smart phones and can be used with the Starkey Thrive app to adjust volume, switch memories and manage other features. The batteries are disposable #13.
There is a minimum order requirement of 10 hearing aids (combined). All pricing is in US currency.

Programming Requirements: Starkey Inspire Software. All models are wirelessly programmed. Surf Link or Noah Link wireless interfaces are needed. The client should contact Starkey for the free software download link.

Colors: Refer to the spec sheets for the color listings but Champagne and Black ship the fastest.
There is a 30- day replacement warranty for “out of the box” failures. General one-year warranty for repairs. There is no loss coverage. Faulty hearing aids should be sent to the nearest Starkey Facility for service.
Each hearing aid ships with an outer carton box, hard plastic snap case, user manual (English, but French and Spanish are available upon request), cleaning tools (wax loop, brush, vent cleaner) and a pack of six batteries.
