​How Do I Place An Order?

General Information

Once accepted, please review the product line. Each product line has an order form. Please email to:

Upon receipt of the order form, you will receive an invoice that includes the shipping fees.  Please allow 6-8 weeks for the processing and shipping of your order.,

For the ALPS order which ships from India, a $45 international bank wire fee will be added to your invoice.  Please note shipping will be through DHL. For orders shipping to the U.S., it will be necessary to clear general  customs and FDA customs. You will be contacted by DHL when the order arrives in the U.S. DHL may request information pertaining to your organization's not for profit status.  IHHAPP will provide a document containing all the information required to clear FDA customs and will work with you to smooth the clearance process.  Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive the order once it arrives in the U.S. DHL assesses an administrative fee that is payable by credit card prior to the delivery of your order. 


For  orders shipping outside the U.S., please contact your in-country customs department.


Payment Options

Upon receipt of your invoice, payment can be made via bank wire, bank check or credit card.  Please note that a 2.5% surcharge on your total order will be assigned for all credit card transactions.

Please note that the  International Humanitarian Hearing Aid Purchasing Program (IHHAPP) services humanitarian audiologists and organizations and
is not able to fulfill individual requests for hearing aids.
